Entry Requirements

As a company, you may apply for as many of our 14 categories as you wish and will be judged against competing entries within your tier (Tier 1: Publicly-Listed Companies [PLCs] and Large Companies and Tier 2: MSMEs – see below), with corresponding fees per submission. Each category will have 1 Gold and 1 Silver winner, totalling 56 winners for the awards. The breakdown of categories is as follows:

Pillar 1 – Environment: 5 Awards
Pillar 2 – Social: 5 Awards
Pillar 3 – Governance: 1 Award
Others – A combination of ESG campaigns: 3 Awards

In addition to the 56 awards, there will be two (2) awards for the top awards: The Most Outstanding ESG Project (one award per tier).

ENTRY FEE

Entry Fee (Early Bird): 20,000 (January 25, 2026 – March 252026

Regular rate: ₱25,000 (March 25, 2026 – May 29, 2026)

Company Entry Criteria

1. DULY INCORPORATED

The company is duly incorporated in the Philippines with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

4. NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL RISKS

The company must not be bankrupt and must not have any legal suits or negative reputational factors that may impair the image of this award program. This may be subject to additional verification by the organizers.

2. BUSINESS PERMITS

The company has the associated local business permits (Barangay Clearance, Mayor’s Permit, etc).

5. PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

The company must be able to provide relevant documentation to support the projects/initiatives it is submitting for evaluation (ex. concept notes/planning documents, implementation reports, monitoring and evaluation reports, survey data, stakeholders feedback, media clippings or press releases, etc).

3. AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The company must submit audited financial statements and income tax returns (ITRs) for the past three (3) consecutive financial years.

Project Entry Criteria

1. ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Entries can be for projects that started or were completed from January to December 2024. However, the project will only be judged based on impact made in the 2025 calendar year.

4. PROVEN IMPACT

Impact and outcomes must be provable through both qualitative and quantitative data, as appropriate. The company must be able to provide data on such outcomes to support their submission for the awards.

2. RELEVANCE TO CATEGORY

The company must be able to prove that the specified initiative is in line with the category for which it is being submitted, through pertinent documentation (ex. Concept notes/planning documents, beneficiaries or stakeholders analysis, SDG research to prove alignment to goal and/or corresponding indicators, etc).

5. VERIFICATION OF INFORMATION

The information provided on this may be subject to additional verification by the organizers.

3. MULTI-CATEGORY SUBMISSIONS

One project may be submitted for multiple categories. The approval of the same is subject to the discretion of the organizers.
